In order to provide financial assistance to low-income families of Uttar Pradesh, the Uttar Pradesh government launched the Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana. With this scheme, the family head will get the benefit of 30000 rupees if he or she dies.

Benefits 

 

  • 30000 rs will be given as financial assistance to families living below poverty.
  • Those who live in rural areas and in urban areas in Uttar Pradesh will benefit from this scheme.
  • A one-time amount will be deposited in the bank account of the applicant.
  • Within 45 days, the government will deposit the amount in the applicant's account

 

Eligibility criteria

 

  • Applicants should be permanent residents of the Uttar Pradesh state
  • Those who fall under the scheme will receive benefits only after the death of the head of the household.
  • An individual who has died should be between the ages of 18 and 60.
  • In an urban area, the annual income of a family should not exceed 56000 RS. While in a rural area that income should not exceed 45000 RS.

Guidelines 

 

  • Fill out the form in the English language.
  • A national bank account is required for the applicant
  • Under the Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana, a cooperative bank account is not valid.
  • While filling out the application form, copies of the documents should be uploaded.
  • Only tehsil offices will issue income certificates
  • Death certificates are only valid at recognized hospitals, city panchayats, and tehsils.
  • The signature image should not exceed 20 kb in size, and it should be in JPEG format.

Check application status 

 

  • Visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Social and Welfare Department first of all. 
  • After that, click on Status under the Application tab on the homepage of the site.
  • On the next page you will be asked to select your district, account number, registration number, etc. 
  • You'll be able to see the application's status.

  • In front of you will appear the homepage.
  • Click the link to the district-wise beneficiary details on the home page. 
  • The district list will be made public after that.
  • Your district must be selected.
  • Your tehsil needs to be selected.
  • The blocks can be viewed after clicking the tehsil. It must be selected from it.
  • Choose your Panchayat after picking the block.
  • The details of the beneficiaries will appear openly once you choose your Panchayat.
